SOMEC Italian Steel Road Bike, Campagnolo parts - $950

A well taken care of SOMEC Italian made late 1980's complete race road bicycle.

Frame: 55cm x 55cm Columbus Steel. late 1980's, but I do not know when. There are some scratches and a small indention in the top tube. light rusting by some lugs and BB. no structural damage. no joint/lug damage. no wrecks.
Color: Red to White color scheme. Paint has wear
Size: 55 x 55 cm. fits someone 5'10 to 6'2 just fine
Drivetrain: Campagnolo (Campy) Chorus 10 spd. 53/39 drivetrain. I upgraded the original components to Campy a late 2000s groupo
Stem: black 3T. 100mm
Seatpost: Pinarello steel
Wheels: Velocity. Origin8 hubs
Tires: Shwalbe Lugano race
Is very light weight and functions excellently. A really fun ride and just as fun to look at.
SOMEC pretty much only makes custom bikes for the past 60 years and is probably the only Italian handmade frame builder who doesn't name their company after the family that makes it.
